The Connecticut State Police Mass Transit Unit was on board, too. The troopers, with their canine partners, were riding from Union Station in New Haven to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan — and back — to ensure a safe train trip for everyone on the busy holiday.

"Be sure to keep an eye out for K9 'G' and K9 Jackie, and remember, #SeeSomethingSaySomething," Connecticut State Police ‬said via Twitter.
